Original situation
Caressi was handling its warehouse processes as well as its workflow manually and predominantly paper-based. This created a number of large challenges, to address with some urgency, maintaining solid insights in stock levels as well as hard times managing delivery speed and accuracy as the primary points.
Starting the transformation journey together
BizBloqs had started its operations not long before and the Exact salesforce recommended BizBloqs as an interesting logistic partner to Caressi. It was very much a journey of joint discovery from day 1, with Caressi and BizBloqs working closely together to see how the processes would digitize properly and to get everything set up efficiently.
During the deployment phase, many changes and tweaks were still applied as progressive insights led to additional eye openers. Interestingly, we never really stopped tweaking since. The drive to improve and innovate continues to help optimize changes and maximize benefits for Caressi.

What started off as a small project with a clear start and finish has become an ongoing partnership that continues to prototype and develop the process, features and capabilities as per the needs of the ever-growing size and complexity of Caressi.

Current situation
If you were to visit Caressi’s operations now, you will find highly advanced logistic tools and processes such as a Kardex system and implemented Pick-to-light facilities. Its operations have expanded from a single building with simple operations to multiple warehouses and the integration of multiple organizational administrations to keep the well-oiled machine going. Yet still the hunt to get to that next step in efficiency or ease of operation continues.
